The Vision

Sitting on the 4th pew one Sunday service in 1995, as vividly as yesterday I remember the vision that God gave me. The vision was in 4 distinct parts..

God told me to turn around and look back at all the men the church; and asked me what do you see?

I said, “Lord I see men that are confused, sad and very distant from you.”

The Lord then asked, “Do you know why?”

The Holy Spirit dropped the answer right into my spirit and I answered, “Lord they are worried, financially burdened, unemployment and they lack self esteem.”

Then the Lord gave me 4 major missions and His words burned in me, “This desire and fire I birth into you that you will never stop until you see this vision fulfilled, that you and the generations to come will enjoy the fruits of your labor for me. I will send you a few men who will never leave you, who will stand with this vision, will have the same desire to serve broken men, to unite them and to speak my words into their lives. Watch out for that one Judas who will be around to bring in confusion and division, deal with authority, prudence and wisdom. Be on your guard at all times. You are called to be a Watchman on the wall.”

The Assignment

To bring UNITY to all denominations that are under the name of our Jesus and break those religious barriers which have bound us and separated all us brothers for so many generations.

Gather all Men under one umbrella as Men of God encourage them to seek God’s face for a deep relationship with Christ. To know one another, to love each other as brothers in Christ. Stand strong with their Pastors, Leaders and their Church.

Mending broken relationships with immediate families and church families, pastors and ministers from different churches. Breaking down the barriers and bondages stemming from misunderstandings, pride, ego, control and self righteousness.

The Lord said, “You will be an instrument to bring about unity among my ministers, that I will make a place where you would be used to love them and through the Holy Spirit demonstrate the unity of the trinity.”

Psalm 133:1-3 (New Living Translation)

1 How wonderful and pleasant it is
when brothers live together in harmony!
2For harmony is as precious as the anointing oil
that was poured over Aaron’s head,
that ran down his beard
and onto the border of his robe.
3Harmony is as refreshing as the dew from Mount Hermon
that falls on the mountains of Zion.
And there the LORD has pronounced his blessing,
even life everlasting.

The Lord has promised to BLESS the unity of His people.

Lastly gather business men, professionals, artists and all those with special gifting and talents that they will help each other and other Christians by creating and providing employment, business ventures, promoting Christian enterprise within the community. This will bring about financial freedom, self sufficiency and healthy self esteem. It will bring fullness in worship and growth in the kingdom a complete focus in serving our One and Only Might God - JESUS!

Now we can go out and reach the world, the needy, the hungry, the naked, the homeless and share the gospel to the lost. We are all called to be a witness to the world, be a light, and be salt that we might affect all around us for Christ. With all denominational barriers broken, brotherly love to build each other and the God’s kingdom, you stand as a strong army with the Lord of Hosts as your captain.

In a simple statement: This is God's Vision and His heart to see that all His Men wake up and take their God given place as the Priest of their homes, watchman to their families and churches, a servant willing to serve, a loving and honest husband, a responsible father and to be men of Integrity.

That was how this Vision began to become reality, when this ministry began. It is my deep and sincere desire to see that all men come to the grace and understanding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to know who He really is. All this was a confirmation when ICA (Industrial Christian Association) was birthed in India in the year 1998. Within a span of 4 months we had 74 strong business men and professionals from all denominations making God’s vision a reality. Now we are called as MOI "Men of Integrity".
